Measuring 1.80 m and weighing around 100 kg, Zack George is a solid athlete. In 2020 he was crowned the UK’s strongest man, after countless cross-training competitions and hundreds of hours of intensive training.
This ice-cream maker trains up to 12 times a week – so we knew he would need calibrated nutrition to help his body through this ordeal. We asked him to share his favorite post-workout recipe, this supercharged smoothie.
Made with all-natural ingredients, it’s packed with essential vitamins and minerals to keep your immune system at bay and fight fatigue. Finally, it contains a good dose of carbohydrates to replenish the glycogen reserves of the muscles after a heavy session.

Ingredients
– 1 banana
– A handful of blueberries
– 250ml oat milk
– 1 scoop of organic maca powder
– 1 teaspoon powdered flax seeds
– 1 scoop of chia seeds
Preparation
