Tuesday
Lunch: a steak, a tomato, lettuce, celery, cucumber and coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two soft-boiled eggs and a grapefruit.
Wednesday
Lunch: two lamb chops, celery, cucumber and coffee without sugar.
Dinner: two soft-boiled eggs, spinach and tomatoes.
Thursday
Lunch: two soft-boiled eggs, fresh cheese, boiled cauliflower, and a slice of toast.
Dinner: two soft-boiled eggs, spinach, tomato and coffee without sugar.
Friday
Lunch: fish boiled without oil, with lemon and a slice of toast.
Dinner: two soft-boiled eggs, spinach, and unsweetened coffee.
Saturday
Lunch: a churrasco (beef steak), tomato and grapefruit.
Dinner: any fruit salad (in the amount you want)
Sunday
Lunch: roast chicken and grated carrot.
Dinner: roast chicken, tomato and a grapefruit.
