Natman Diet : How to Lose 3 kg in 4 Days Menu

The Natman diet is a fast diet also known as the stewardess diet that allows you to lose up to 3 kg in 4 days. The Natman Diet is an extremely low calorie diet that helps you lose weight quickly in just a few days. This diet is also known as the “stewardess regimen” because its short duration would make it a popular diet among flight attendants. Indeed, a stopover lasts between 3 and 4 days. Exactly the same number of days as the Natman diet. This so-called hostess regimen is mainly based on the consumption of protein-rich foods and certain types of fruit and vegetables. The Natman Diet promises significant weight loss in a very short period of time. The weight loss period is in turn followed by a stabilization phase. Basically, the Natman 4-day diet can be used effectively to maintain body weight, especially if we anticipate cheating, as it cannot be prolonged. However, if we maintain good nutrition for the remaining 26 days it can also be a way to lose a few pounds at a time. The important thing in this case is not to eat too much from the fifth day onwards.

But what are the advantages of the natman diet or stewardess diet?
The advantages of this regimen are as follows: it is not a lightning regimen that makes you hungry, it is a regimen of only four days based on protein foods and little fruit. But four days are physiologically few to have deficiencies or negative effects from a more protein diet, also because it is NOT high-protein. Furthermore, preferring proteins in a low-calorie diet and doing mild physical activity with some weight (10 to 30 minutes of training, with bottles of water or weights) is useful for preserving lean mass and promoting the loss of body fat. During the Natman diet you should drink at least two liters of water per day.

NATMAN DIET First Day, menu:
Breakfast. Coffee or tea without sugar + 125 grams of orange or clementines.
Lunch. 150 grams of veal or 100 grams of natural tofu or grilled seitan. Salad of lettuce or boiled spinach. 100 grams of apple.
Dinner. Green beans boiled and seasoned with lemon juice. Two hard-boiled eggs or 200 grams of soy yogurt. Two tangerines or half an orange.
NATMAN DIET Second day, menu
Breakfast. Coffee or tea without sugar + 125 grams of orange or clementines.
Lunch. 150 grams of veal or 100 grams of natural tofu or grilled seitan + a handful of rocket. 3 sliced ​​tomatoes with a little salt and oregano.
Dinner. Green beans boiled and seasoned with lemon juice. Grilled courgettes at will with balsamic vinegar.

NATMAN DIET Third day, menu
Breakfast. Coffee or tea without sugar + 125 grams of orange or clementines.
Lunch. 150 grams of veal or 100 grams of natural tofu. Salad of lettuce or boiled spinach. 100 grams of apple.
Dinner. 150 grams of chicken breast or 100 grams of grilled seitan. Tomato salad with just salt and oregano.
150 ml of apple or plum juice.
NATMAN DIET Fourth day, menu
Breakfast. Coffee or tea without sugar + 125 grams of orange or clementines.
Lunch. Green beans boiled and seasoned with lemon juice and tomatoes. Two hard-boiled eggs or 200 grams of soy yogurt.
Dinner. 150 grams of veal or 100 grams of natural tofu or grilled seitan + a handful of rocket. 200 ml of pineapple juice or an orange.
