Celery-white
100 g, cleaned and cubed
Carrot
2 medium (s), cubed
Courgette
2 medium (s), cubed
Pepper, all colors
1 medium (s), red, cubed
Tomatoes, canned
800 g, cubed
Fresh basilic

Parsley

Broth, chicken, prepared
1000 ml
Instructions
Transfer all the vegetables with the broth to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Lower the heat and let the soup simmer for 15 minutes. Lastly, add the parsley and basil.
