Ingredients
1 frozen banana
250ml milk of choice
1 handful of ice cream
½ scoop of Vegan Protein Blend (Chocolate)

Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You should have a really thick and creamy consistency – if you prefer it thinner, just add a little more milk or water.
