Flexitarian Diet : An Almost Vegetarian Food

The Flexitarian diet consists of giving priority to fruits and vegetables. It is a type of food whose base is vegetarian food although in a timely and sporadic manner is allowed the intake or consumption of meat or fish. This diet opts for having an almost vegetarian food, but without sacrificing to eat a burger or chicken fillet from time to time so as not to have any kind of food lack and of course you will lose weight little by little and in a healthy way.
