½ banana
black coffee or tea

1 grilled beef fillet
1 cup of broccoli
½ cup carrots

In the afternoon a banana and a tea
Dinner
1 cup of fresh cheese
6 crackers
Third day
Breakfast
1 apple
30 grams of cottage cheese
3 nopal cookies without salt
black tea or coffee
Meal
1 can of tuna in water
1 cup of carrots
1 cup cauliflower
½ cup vanilla ice cream
In the afternoon an apple and a tea
Dinner
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of whole wheat toast
Tea
NOTE: Vanilla ice cream has a special preparation. It is made with 4 beaten egg whites and sprinkled with vanilla. Putting it in a fridge gives it an ice cream look which you can enjoy without guilt since it is made with a protein base and low in fat.
