Ingredients
– 1 peeled avocado
– 2 large eggs
– 100ml sugar-free syrup
– 90g flour
– 60g cocoa powder
– 2 measures of Impact Whey (chocolate flavor)
– 50g high-protein chocolate
Preperation
1- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and cover a square pan with parchment paper.
2- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Grind the peeled avocado and mix until there are no large lumps.
3- Then mix with the sugar-free syrup. Add the cocoa powder and mix everything with the Whey and flour until well incorporated. Then add the chocolate, breaking it into small pieces to integrate into the mixture.
4- Now spread the dough in the mold. Bake for 15-20 minutes (15 minutes for very fudgy brownies and 20 minutes for harder brownies).
5- Once cooked, let cool for 30 minutes, cut into 16 pieces and serve.
