3- Empty your fridge and pantry of unhealthy foods.
4- Enter five pieces of fruit and vegetables a day.
5- Remember legumes and eat them at least once or twice a week.
6- Whole foods will be a great ally to keep your blood sugar levels constant.
7- Add oily fish to your diet (mackerel, salmon, sardines, tuna…) to keep cholesterol at bay, as well as nuts (not fried) and avocado.
8- Use olive oil, if it is extra virgin better.
