Did you know you could make more than pancakes with our protein pancake mix? Well, yeah ! Today we offer you a recipe for delicious protein waffles.
To make this recipe you will simply need a waffle mold to make beautiful waffles and a little coconut oil. In addition, we suggest you accompany it with protein ice cream to guarantee a very tasty dessert!
Ingredients
– 2.5 scoops Protein Ice Cream Mix
– 3 scoops Protein Pancake Mix
– 150ml of milk
– 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
– A handful of blueberries
– Chocolate Zero Syrup
Preparing the protein waffle recipe
1- In a bowl, mix the protein ice cream mix with 50ml of milk. Place the mixture in a Tupperware and freeze for 2 to 3 hours. Stir occasionally to prevent the formation of ice crystals.
2- When your ice cream is almost ready, it’s time to prepare the waffles! Mix the preparation for protein pancakes in 3- 3- 100ml of milk and the melted coconut oil until there are no more lumps in the preparation.
4- Place the batter in a silicone waffle mold or waffle iron. If you are using a waffle iron, place a tray on top to prevent the waffles from rising too much.
5- Cook for 9 to 10 minutes or until the edges are golden in an oven at 220°C or 200°C (if fan-assisted).
Once cooked, take them out of the oven, serve with the protein ice cream and a drizzle of zero chocolate syrup on top.
